FM200 Fire Suppression System

FM200 Fire Suppression System

FM200 Fire Suppression System quickly extinguishes fires using a clean agent, minimizing damage and leaving no residue, ideal for sensitive areas.

FM200 Fire Suppression System Overview

FM200 is a fast-acting, waterless gas-based fire suppression system that discharges within 10 seconds, depending on the setup. Known as HFC-227ea, this agent quickly extinguishes fires by removing the elements of the fire triangle—oxygen, heat, and fuel. FM200 is colorless and transparent, making it safe for humans, though caution is needed to avoid frostbite from direct contact with the liquid or escaping vapors.

At Technoz Industries, we specialize in designing, installing, and providing after-sales service for FM200 systems, tailored to meet the specific infrastructure and requirements of our clients.

Where It Is Used:

  1. Data Centers: Protects critical IT infrastructure from fire damage.
  2. Server Rooms: Ensures rapid fire suppression to prevent downtime and data loss.
  3. Telecommunications Facilities: Safeguards communication equipment and systems.
  4. Electrical Rooms: Protects electrical panels and components from fire hazards.
  5. Museums and Archives: Preserves valuable artifacts and documents.
  6. Hospital Facilities: Safeguards sensitive medical equipment and patient areas.
  7. Commercial Buildings: Provides reliable fire protection in office spaces and public areas.

What It is Consists Of:

  • FM200 Storage Cylinders: Contain the clean agent FM200, pressurized for rapid deployment.
  • Discharge Nozzles: Distribute the FM200 agent throughout the protected area.
  • Detection Devices: Smoke or heat detectors that trigger the system in the event of a fire.
  • Control Panel: Manages system operations, alarms, and activation processes.
  • Piping Network: Channels the FM200 from cylinders to nozzles.
  • Release Mechanism: Automatically releases FM200 upon detection of fire, ensuring effective suppression.
  • Manual Activation Stations: Allow for manual discharge if needed, providing an additional layer of control.
