Pharmaceutical HVAC & Cleanroom Integration

Technoz Industries was commissioned to design and install a high-precision HVAC system for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Sanand, Gujarat. The project required a sterile environment with strict temperature and humidity controls to meet international ISO cleanroom standards. Our team managed the entire lifecycle, from technical load calculations to final system commissioning.

Project Challenges

The primary challenge involved retrofitting a complex ducting network into an existing facility with extremely limited ceiling clearance. Additionally, the system had to maintain a constant pressure differential between rooms to prevent cross-contamination, all while ensuring 24/7 operational reliability to protect sensitive chemical compounds.
